We are looking for a Support Team Leader to join our customer support team. We focus on delivering the right solutions to customers, with the highest quality in the shortest sustainable lead time.

Our Support Team Leaders work to support our headless e-commerce solution. 

We are looking for a results-driven individual to help with our customer support efforts with product development and customer projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Service Desk Team in Finland
  • Enforce and develop system use, policies, procedures and standards
  • Leading pre-emptive investigation and resolution of system alerts before they cause outages
  • Help the development team and project management prioritize the assignments to meet SLAs
  • Reporting and communication between customers and stakeholders

You could be what we are looking for if:

  • You have experience of leading a support function
  • You are able to understand the issue reported by the customer and explain it in a clear manner to other stakeholders in a written and verbal manner
  • You have working knowledge of service desk applications (Jira)
  • You have experience of working with external customers
  • You have flexibility to be “on-call” if needed
  • You learn fast and adapt to a changing environment
  • You are fluent in English and have professional proficiency in Finnish
