We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. We focus on delivering the right solutions to customers, with the highest quality in the shortest sustainable lead time. The Customer Success Manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding & launch coordination
- Ownership of continuous development work for our customers
- Release coordination in collaboration with Release Manager & the development team
- Communication between customers and internal & external stakeholders
- Risk management & budgetary oversight

- You have a strong customer service mindset
- You have experience in project management, account management or service management
- You are experienced in working with external customers
- You thrive in complex environments and are capable of balancing priorities from multiple stakeholders
- You learn fast and adapt to a changing environment
- You are fluent in English. Other language skills are considered a plus
