Finance & HR Business Partner


Do you have a background in finance and experience in HR? We are looking for an experienced Finance and HR professional to join our team in Finland.

You will have a co-role as part of our Finance and HR teams, representing the office in Finland. You will work side by side with professionals in the UK and act as the expert in Finnish Finance and HR. You should primarily have a background in Finance and a few years of experience in HR. You might have been in charge of Finance and HR in a small company, or gained those experiences separately.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Financial planning, monitoring, forecasting and reporting of our site in Finland

  • Cooperation with our outsourced accounting and payroll partner
  •  Be the main contact point for local audit and tax advisory partners
  • Monitoring and checking payroll
  • Acting as the point of contact in all HR matters in Finland
  • Coaching supervisors in HR matters
  • Recruiting for the Finnish office
  • Making sure that we have all the legally required documents in place
  • Be the point of contact for all office & HR related partners (office building, occupational healthcare etc.)


  • Ideally you have a background in a similar position
  • Knowledge in Finnish labour laws, regulations and collective agreements (you do not need to be a master in these areas)
  • A few years of experience in HR
  • A solid background in Finance
  • A good understanding of Finnish payroll practices and calculations
  • A degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A business and solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent level in Finnish and English
