Service Manager

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our Customer Success team. We focus on delivering the right solutions to customers, with the highest quality in the shortest sustainable lead time. The Service Manager ensures excellent customer service, maintains strong relationships with customers.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of continuous development work within existing Customer relationships
  • Overall responsibility of service maintenance:
  • Being the point of Contact for the Customer their releases
  • Coordination of Customer releases together with the Release manager
  • Monitoring and reporting status of continuous development tasks
  • Monitoring the current service levels and key metrics
  • Communication between customers and stakeholders
  • Onboarding new Customers to Support process
  • Ensuring that internal processes are to maintain an excellent level of customer care

You could be what we are looking for if:

  • You have previous experience of working as a Service Manager, Project Manager, Project Coordinator or a similar role
  • You enjoy complex environments and are capable of balancing priorities from multiple stakeholders
  • You have a strong customer service mindset
  • You may have experience in working with product development, ecommerce or have a technical background yourself
  • You learn fast and adapt to a changing environment
  • You are fluent in English
